Need Help!- Allen Bradley 9 series EOB issue

Hello. I just moved on to an old boring mill with an AB series9 control. When the programmer (not the brightest fellow i might add) sends the program from mastercam, there is something wrong and i have to go through the whole program and remove a blank space character at the end of each line before the End of Block character will appear. Is there something that can be done to fix this? It takes a fair amount of time during which I could be machining to correct it and our part runs are relatively short. Any help would be much appreciated. It'd be nice if they just upgraded the control.... lol

I believe I had same issue awhile back....don't have any of the 9000 series AB controllers anymore. I think I used an Ms Word to fix files......refresh my memory.....what does the AB EOB character look like when pulled up in Word??? Is it the paragraph symbol. Lemme know and I think I can help.
