Need Help! Fanuc O-T Wear Offset Parameter - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

Hi guys, i've posted this twice now and had no replys, i'm Desperate to get it sorted. I have a Colchester tornado 100 with OT Control, i don't have any wear offsets and i can't put tool headings in or any writing thow the machine will accept it when i download from pc in brackets ie: (F/TURN PCLNR R=0.8) I reckon its some parameters missing, matbe 900 parameters after reading other forums and its a pain in the back side, can anyone help...? cheers gollame

What model control is it, i.e. 0tc-a?

Hi, thanks for the reply, model control is O-T and its a half type keyboard, i have worked machines with this keyboard with all wear and writing..

hi, it only says O-T , not c or a ...?

Gollame, take a look at this page. See if your master PCB # matches up, to determine what series it is, 0T A,B,C.
