bob cad v21 with mach3 mill post processor

I am having a problem with the post processor. I down loaded it from bob cads web site. the first time i used it. it went like this i selected mach3 mill and went to (macro) and the drop down menue had ( do not use) at the top and start below it. i went to start and the program number box opened and from there the tool selection and so on and it worked fine. the 2nd time when i started (marco) the drop down box didnot say (do not use) and at the top only (start) when i hit start i get no program number box? i called bob cad support and asked why and this guy says will i gess you will have to enter your g-codes by hand sorry but it works fine on my p.c. ??? so much for help it must be there way of trying to get you to go and pay for there seminars X#@%@* does anyone have this problum with bob-cad and mach3 mill?
