Tnc 150

Hi all,

Our work has just aquired a bridgeport mill fitted with a TNC 150 controller, I have searched the web to find the correct manual but have so far had no joy, even on the Heidenhain website. Does anyone happen to have a copy they are willing to share?

following on from Marks link i have got my machine up and running, well kind of. All was going well for the first few hours and I was able to change the batteries (the machine had not been used for several years) and write a few simple programs drawing simple squares and circles.

All was going well until the lights on the VDU started flashing and the TNC150 rebooted itself, then the machine died! After having a quick look around and removing the back panel there was a strange smell coming from the transformer.

Does anyone have any wiring diagrams for the transformer or details of where to get an exchange unit with out going back to Heidenhain?
