Anyone know the main differences between levels of masterCAM? Is anything upgraded as the levels increase? or just added on?

I think that level 1 is just 2D machining, level 2 can do 3D machining, and level 3 can to 5Axis and surfacing and solids. Maybe check their website for a better description of each level.
