Question about GCode generator and open dwg

hello everyone.
Could anybody tell me whether there is any open sourece software can generte G-Code from a .dwg or dxf file?
I know that ACE does. but is there any other that can handle with 2-D or 2.5D or even 3-D and most import of all it should be open source?
Besides, i heared that there're two plugin for autocad can do that whose names are "My VBA G-code exporter and Bill's G-Code out lisp",could anybody tell me where to get them?
oh,the last question is that is there any method to show dwg in your programe?
