I am looking for a template to communicate job setup instructions for operators out on the floor. Anybody have something. Thanks  |

| The PDF files attached show a couple of examples I use for training. You are better off including the data on the part programme and not using them; create a tool library then all you have to do is include the tool number with any length specifications together with the operation description. Using the data sheets only creates more work for you; they are then either lost (or not filed correctly), not updated or covered in oil / coolant etc. |
