| programmer wages I have been in the injection mold manufacturing field for 12 years, setting up and running fadal vmc's for 10 years, and using Surfacam 3d machining software for the past 7 years. Currently, I make $18.50 an hour. Am I being underpaid? |

| I am in the injection mold making field for 21 years now and I program and run a Five axis machine using Delcam products, I would say your hugely underpaid. |

| I agree with blowme... It largely depends on the area where you work. But to me, that sounds like underpaid big time even for the "cheap" areas in the U.S.

| Thanks psycho. I have a younger brother whom applied for a progamming job in Cincinnati Ohio about 12 years ago, and the starting pay then was 15.00/hr. |

| $18 for setup and you are worked there for 12 years is huge underpaid regardless where is locate in US.
