I wonder if someone could suggest a software that can calculate the total length of the machine path for waterjet cutting. We got dxf file, but we want to estimate the total time of cutting so we can estimate the cost of cutting a part. Please help. Many thanks |

| or use mach3 with lazycam to simulate the run and it will show the time it takes, you just set up the program as if connected to machine ie: all parameters. |

If a parts takes 2 hours to cut, use the simulation to calculate the time is a little slow. Wish to have a software to look at the dxf or even G-code to add all the length and estimate the machine time. |
