Pc to Linatrol Lynx

I have a Linatrol Lynx

controled burn table.
I just can seam to get the pc to download a file to this unit
I used Windows Hyper Terminal and Terminal

any Ideas on what I did wrong?

I got a number of DNC software still nothing.

What communication software are you using?
Or do you have this problem solved?
