SC. sys micon-8

Thank you Josh!
I look forward to talking to you again.
The master Boot # works on some of the sys.
But the gear shift and m19 need adjustment.

bnellums is on a distinguished road

Josh,

My name is Berry Nellums. I have been working with JDC on this problem. What I found is the tool changer will work all the way up till the tool unclamps from the spindle, but the arm just sits there. I am receiving the signal from limit switch showing it is indeed unclamped but no output for the arm to lower. If I go around to the solenoids and force the arm down, it goes down but does not rotate 180 degrees. When I release the solenoid and the arm goes up it completes the cycle.

Also when the machine is first powered up, and I give it a tool change command the arm turns 70 degrees to meet the tool in spindle and pot, but then it immediatly tries to 180 without lowering. Then I force the solenoid to bring the arm down and it completes the cycle. Then after that it seems to work right only stopping right after the tool unclamps as I stated above. I hope this does not confuse you too much if you need me to elaborate further let me know.

Thanks Berry
