Can you clarify that just a little more? What it sounds like is that you want to start a new Program or you want to activate specific Keyboard options. Or I'm way off in left field all together.

Sorry What I Was Looking To Do Was Write A Small Program On The Control And Save It To Memory. So It Could Be Run In Auto. I Am New To The Control , I Just Purchased It 6 Weeks Ago And It Is A 1989 First Cv-410.

Let me clarify that. The program number registers in the library but I cannot call up the program in auto to run.

I think your machine is set up for DNC, or "tape operation". I'm sorry but I don't have the parameters for a 0-mc control to switch it back to memory operation. I'm sure someone around here would. You might try fanuc or the machine mfgr or distributor.

Well I hooked the cable to the CNC today , seems like I can recieve to the computer but I cannot send to the control. I am using easy dnc( the one with the port scan) the info I am recieving is just garbage and when I send , I see LSK on the screen flashing and nothing registers in memory. I have the manuals and have changed the parameters , punched the programs in the control and tried to save, all I can do is send my parameters to the comp and they come out as junk. I am confused.

Buy me a Beer?

If your RS232 parameters are correct, make sure your setting data is set to TV check off and ISO/EIA is set to ISO.

I have gone through it twice set parameter 0002 to the book 0012 is to the book there must be something else. I have gone through the manuals and looked for everything about sending programs.
