Newbie help, milling machine help needed

Ok, I am apologise for the newbie style questions.

I am afer a milling/drilling machine. I like the look of this one

I want to use this for milling carbon fibrre, aliminium, and nylon. What tool bits, endmills would you reccomend?

Also, what tips to you have as to milling carbon fibre, other than the obvious masks and goggles
