| Mori Seiki and rotophase I recently picked up a Mori Seiki SL-2, made in about 1985. There is no possibility of 3-phase service here in my shop, so I am going to have to run the machine on a rotophase. The machine requirement is 30KW. I am planning to run a 40 hp rotophase. I have heard some negative comments about rotophase and CNC. Please warn me if I am moving into a big problem. If not, please offer some encouragement. I do not want to buy the rotophase if it is going to be a problem. Thanks. |
