| G-Code for bevel cutting head We have built a cutting machine that can cut a slice of material with a beveled cut. It's a gantry type set up (3 axis) with a 2 axis cutting head. The head can turn 360 degree and the tool can slope down positive or negative down to about 65 degree. The tool always stays centered along the x, y coordinate no mater what the angle is. The tool cuts straight from the top contour to the bottom contour of slice. Any suggestion how best to write G code for this? Thanks, Franz |
