error code on an okuma mill

we have run into a error that is not listede in any of the books and the support at okuma has not been much help we are getting an error code #5447 dnc-dt preload block tc

Have you had any luck with the DNC DT? I have an Okuma MCV-4020 with the DNC DT, and I'm trying to work through the setup now. I did see the tech actually get it to work after a few days of messing around, but I'm still having problems hooking up my network to the machine. Maybe we can share knowledge.

Dear Delbert,
Have the same error with an Okuma MH80B, problem was intermitent and was resolved by powering the machine off and restart.
Now can't load the program and have thae same error "#5447 DNC-DT preload error"
Were you able to solve the same problem and how?
