A friend gave me a 8420 MRS CNC controler. The problem is that it is missing the monitor. Is there a way to connect a regular crt monitor to it? What are the crt pinouts for the controller? I need to find out if it works before putting money into it. If you have any other documentation on these controlers, it would be helpful If I wanted to sell it, how much is it worth? It also has Glentek servo drives. Thank you Kent Kenison |

| You can get refurbish ones on the Web, but it will cost you around $2,000.00. I have the same control and I too is trying to somehow connect a monitor to it but did not have success. My monitor broke so it's at the TV repair shop, I hope they can fix it. Good luck to you. On the other hand, I just got my machine a couple of weeks ago. Does your friend or you know how to operate this control. I have the manual but not very clear. If you can help me or know of someone who can, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. |

| We were able to hook a monitor to it, the only problem is that the display is the wrong resulution, so it wraps around. If you could give me more details on your problem, and mabe a copy of the manual i should be able to find you an answer. Good luck Kent |
