How would one go about sinking in the ram stroke with the feed? its easy to put a switch on the machine so at the back of the stroke it would trip it,, but well any of the soft ware like turbo cnc work that way? thanks Duffy P.S. What I`m doing is ID spline work ,,, so I well cut up to full depth in steps of about .003 then return back withen the ID of the hole then trigger the rotary table then cut the next spline. but I can "ONLY" feed the cutter up at the vary back of the ram stroke. |

| CNC shaper! That will be a first! Yes, TurboCNC supports input from switches and also parametric programming, with variables, subroutines, and expressions which would help. I don't know exactly how it could be done (it's been a long time since I've used a shaper) but I'm almost sure it can. |
