I am just getting my first CNC machine to start manufacturing. I will be working with wood. It will be 98% 2D. Is there any softwares that are better then others when first starting out? I have looked at oneCNC, Bob-cam( doesnt seem to get good reviews) and Rhino Cam/CAD. Any advice is good advice so could anyone help me from there expirence. Thanks in advance! Cheers |

| SheetCAM will do that 98% pretty well, with any inexpensive CAD program, or even CorelDraw. www.sheetcam.com

| I recently purchased OneCNCXR2. I think the product is good for the money. It is much easier to use than Mastercam. The manual seemed a little disorganized to me especially being a Newbie to CNC. I think I will invest in a book to get some better background to CNC terms, etc. Regards Don Choquer |
