I am interested to know if anyone is using Vector.

Comments on ease of use and/or an evaluation of the software would be appreciated.
Is it easy to use?
Does it have bugs?
What level of program do you need to buy to make tapered airfoils for propellers.
I am interested in cutting a windmill blade where the airfoil twists along the length.
Is this do-able in Vector or is there a better program for a hobbiest price.
