Hello All, I need to interface a encoder so it shows up and displays numbers on a Makino Screen. We are going to use an absolute incoder that's on a rotary table and would like it to display the angle on the screen. I know this is abit much but I'd like to see if anybody has done this before, without using the Makino premade rotarys. We've done a unit with our Mazak that the unit shows the position in a little box on top of the machine, but seeing the Makino's are so advanced I'd be suprised if you couldn't show somekind of extra data on the screen. |
