does anyone know of a smartcam 11.5 tmp post for milling on a fanuc or okuma that just uses r for the radius not i,j,k if so it would really help thanks

In your TMP file you will have a section that looks like this:

@ARC
< #PLANE>< #MOV>< X#XPOS>< Y#YPOS> I#XCTR J#YCTR< F#FEED>

Remove the “I#XCTR J#YCTR” and replace it with “R #ARAD” and see if that works.
