I downloaded Vcarve Pro Trial but haven't had time to test it properly. it also costs $500 euros, and I'm just looking for one specific thing.  can someone please suggest a CAD or CAM program that is at least affordable, and allows me to cut letters into wood in this way? its just a 45 degree angle from the inside lines of the letter, but Rhino3D doesn't seem to be capable of doing it. thanks for help although rhino can do close it always produces bad polygon meshes when I try to join bottom edges.  |
