Type3 software

Hi everybody!!

My software, Type3, acquired with a Guangdali router, model WM- 1325, has a big bug: it always understand that the material is rotated on the table of the machine and don´t befit. I try to take an update from the vendors but, without response.
Anyone knows about the drivers to be intalled in another cam software, as Enroute3, or, an update to correct this?
