I am new to this community and dont know how it works.

But I need some help from you guys.

I have to work with a lazer cutting maching and am new to alphacam.

I want to how how can you import and create cnc program for 3d laser cutting.

I have igs and 3dm files.

how do i create a program which will not just cut 2d profile but will cut a 3d profile.

I dont think you can cut 3d with a laser. Try a router or mill. Thats if
your trying to make parts and not pictures.

actually I am trying to create micro channels for fuel testing. this requires channels of variuos depth. and a really smooth surface. what other options do you suggest to cut it on a lazer. its 5 axis oxford laser machine
