Got new computers at work. In the process of cataloging all the files that has accumulated in the past years. The biggest mess I run into is that a job may run on a fanuc the first time. The the next time the job is ran it is put on a Haas due to machine availability. Running Bobcad V20 so it is not easy to just "repost" the program. Some programs are even fat fingered on the control  Then some parts get milled first then turned. Other parts may get turned first, milled, etc. Any good opinions out there how the File Tree should be.  |
