Hi everyone, my name's Laurence. I just started (in Jan) CNC Machinist Technician at N.A.I.T. and I'm LOVING IT! I actualy look forward to school. For the first sem. we are working on the basics, just working on manual machines, etc. learning theory and whatnot. In July we start the CNC half of the course and I can't wait! My question is what CAD/CAM programs can I get that run on a Mac OSX 10.3? The reason i'm asking is because I have an iBook, and I'de like to design object in a cad/cam environment on the laptop. Actualy i REALLY REALLY REALLY want to design on my laptop, but can't seem to find programs that offer demos (not spending 600 bucks on a program i have not test driven)? Thanks in advance. P.s. I've also like to put together blueprints. |
