Doublecheck my Work?

Hi CNCZone people,

My name is Matt. I have a couple of posts here and have been lurking for over a year now. 5 weeks ago I ordered a Romaxx HS-1 and it's slated to arrive next week.

I'm running Rhino3d and MOI (awesome), ArtCam, and Mach3. (Well, I intend to once my machine arrives.)

What I have been doing is studying like crazy and learning the CAD/CAM/Mach3 workflow.

I was wondering if one of you good folks would 'double check' my work and answer a few questions? Mods, if this is the wrong forum, please move it to the appropriate place.

Here is what I did so far.

1. Created my 3D model in MOI.
2. Exported to STL file.
3. Imported 3D Model into ArtCAM under the 'Reliefs' option.
4. First toolpath was a 1/2 inch end mill for roughing.
5. Second toolpath was a 1/4 inch ball nose. (I assume finishing).
6. Attempted to export toolpaths to TAP for Mach3
(I got the error on export that I had more than one tool and it would not let me export with that particular post processor.
7. Exported each toolpath to an individual TAP file.
8. Ran each file in succession (simulation) in Mach3.

It looked good so I assumed that would work.

I'm attaching my files. If someone could have a look at the attached .stl and .tap files, I would be forever in your debt. (Oh boy) I'm looking to make sure I have the proper workflow and eliminate any current or potential mistakes.
