I have Solidworks and Solidcam. For a newbie to CAM is Solidcam the best prog to use or is there something 'easier'? It just seems to be alot of work... ![]() Surely there is a more simple prog? I'm doing reasonably simple 3 axis parts. Thanks |

| It all depends on the parts you need to make as to the software you need to use. As you say you are making reasonably simple parts, why make it hard for yourself. Have a look at things like bobcad, oncnc, kipware etc, or our own program at www.cncprogramdeveloper.com |
