Hello mates! I have some .STEP files at home that i can open in Solidworks but in school we only use AutoCad so how can i convert these files to be used in autocad instead? Is this possible or is the only way to sit down and redraw them in Autocad? Also i need to change the measurements on the files from Inc to metrics, can this also be done or can i just rescale the drawings in Autocad when im got them there? I use SolidWorks 2007 Office and Autocad 2007 if that helps! Regars, Viper |

| Save as .sat and import to AutoCAD, then scale by 25.4.

| You could also scale the model X 25.4 in SW. Then make a 3 (4,5,6 whatever) view drawing (slddrw). Once done that save your slddrw as a dwg/dxf.

| Try an older format of .sat. You should have a few options.
