If the .dxf came from alibre, your drawing was set up at 1/2 scale. It needs to be full scale.

Also, after you add the view to the sheet, right click on the view in the tree on the left, and choose scale. Make sure it's 1:1.

ahh looks like it should work now, it was set to 1:2 by default.
