No, at least not easily. First you will need to decide how many linear pixels of the pic will represent how much distance. Then you will need a means of holding the camera at an exact distance from the surface you want to image. The distance will be determined by the pixels/unit you decided. This will give you a 2D image that can be imported to a layer in the cad and then over drawn on another layer. Then use the drawn layer to CAM. Maybe
