Autocad : Put a jpeg in the background to copy it?

I wonder if there is a way to put a jpeg in the background to use as a template to draw after,
ex if I have picture of a logo or something,
and then put the picture as a background image in autocad and then I can just draw lines and curves above it.

Or a simple way to converte the pic to dxf that works in autocad, and use that.

Insert menu, insert raster image. You can get a raster to vector converter, but imo, tracing is much better. Search for Wintopo or Inkscape for converters.
