Hi Just wondering if anyone knows of a device for having 2 or more dongles connected at once ,so that i dont have to keep unplugging and plugging in my various dongles each time i go from Onecnc Wire to Onecnc Mill even if it had a button and led to do the switch it would be much easier. Cheers Kev |

| Go to your local computer store and tell them you want a USB PCI card. They run about $20 in the states. I buy mine online from tiger direct. Here is a link to one. I have bought numerous tidbits from them. But, all you have to do is turn your computer off, remove the computer's case, install the card in one of your extra PCI slots, reinstall your case, and turn on the computer. Your computer will automatically detect the new card. Just finish up with the directions that came with the card and you will be all set. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...0263&CatId=392 Tate |

| Hi Tate Thanks for reply, but i didnt explain correctly , i have spare usb ports but the dongles will only allow one to actually be connected at a time ("live"if you like ) , if 2 or more are connected at one time clouds of smoke begin to emerge from the Pc. ,and wont open either software.Cheers Kev |

| I'd be complaining to OneCNC for them to fix their software.

| It is a hardware conflict, no doubt. Easy solution: return the one key on condition that they would issue you both serials on the one key that you keep.

| Thanks for replies M and Tate Ill be be giving Uk support a ring , hopefully they wont charge me too much for the paperwork involved?? Only thing is having the one dongle means that dongle is worth twice as much , so is 10 times more likely to be stolen or lost !!!!!!! Cheers Kev |

| Any software that uses a dongle should be insured, if there's a chance the dongle may be stolen. Depends on the company's policy, but with some, lose the dongle, buy new software.
