UGS's training for Manufacturing has a very good example of just that, an impeller. Hard to know where to start. Any/lots of UG programming experience?

I know you are looking for a UG-based solution, but you either need friendly geometry or need to add some script support to have assurance of non-interfering instructions on a splittered impeller.

Please also look at www.openmind-tech.com and you can be serviced from our Singapore office and their satellite in India.
