bobcad has a raster to vector program called Bobart pro-x, where you you can bring in jpegs, bitmaps, tifs, jifs, and png files and machine them by engraving the picture into the material or embossing above the surface (grey scale, the darker the color the deeper the cut) once you have your finished design, you can generate a toolpath in bobcad, save your toolpath and machine with bobcad or with something else.
