I've just picked up a second hand PC for running my router. It has windows XP pre-installed with no other software onboard. The windows software comes with a few games programs and other peripheral Programs loaded as part of windows. (nothing shows up in the add/remove hardware programs in control panel) My question is, how do I strip down windows to its bare operating system to run Mach3. Do I just delete the folder and remove them from the recycle bin or do I have to do some sort of clean up in registry or other area's of windows to do a complete clean up. I want to avoid any wanderings of windows whilst running the CNC software. Thanks Cam |

| Run the Mach3 driver test. If the results are good, don't do anything. If you have problems, there is an XP optimisation list at the ww.machsupport.com website.
