Hi all I have already downloaded the free version of G sketchup and it is insisting I download again as the the free version I have has now expired. Any suggestions anyone? I was perfectly happy with what I had !! Andy NB I had just saved my first drawing ... is this a coincidence ???

| Gerry, 5.0.245. Am I missing out on additional functionality? Normally software prompts for updates. It seems strange that I am being told that the Free version I have installed has expired and that I have to download another 19MB installation file. Any thoughts? Andy

| Mine still says beta, so that's probably why they do have it expire. 19MB only takes me about 10 seconds.

| same happened to me about a month ago. maybe they should have a patch instead of making us download it again. it has taken me 45mins to download the program again (damn dial-up! thank heavens for beer and tv)
