How do I exsplode a DXF object? Can I extrude a object?

| The command you are looking for is not explode but unpack. In Excalibur, many DXF objects such as dimensions are converted to Symbols (the equivalent to ACAD blocks). You can UNPACK a symbol from the Symbol pulldown menu. NOTE: many times symbols are nested...run the unpack command several times until Excalibur tells you there are no symbols found.

| I forgot about the extrude question.... The equivalent to the ACAD extrude command is the NURBS Linear Sweep. Excalibur will actually do much more with this command because you can sweep in any direction...you just give it a start pt and end pt. There is an extrude command but it follows a curve...this might be a bit confusing compared to ACAD.
