Hi, I am a student at UT and for our senior design project, I have to build a CNC router. My question is, what is the feasibility of coding my own CAM program that supports 3 axises? Can it be done in 3 months time and what sort of complications might I encounter if it's possible? Thanks. |

| There are a few guys in this forum who have done, or are doing similar things. Have a read through this thread CAMBAM - 10Bulls crazy CAD/CAM software project you will pick up the names of who is in the know, and you might want to PM them for advice. |
