| solidwork would probably be the better of the two , most times when a customer wants to sent a solid modle its in solidworks , if your the type who works in companies that run the higher end cad/cam programs , solidworks models import straight in ,more or less ready to start adding tool paths , how many companies use rhino ? gibbs and mastercam are the preferred for most large and also small companies and solidworks will import into both , at least mastercam does not 100% sure on gibbs , if it is a career choice higher end is usually the best choice |
