i would like to ask if anyone could recommend some good free resourses online (FREE) that i mayb learn about programming a CNC lathe with?????

You dont get much for free in this world mate. I'd recommend a book like "A Comprehensive Guide To CNC Programming" if you don't have the means of shop floor experience which IMO, is the best way to learn.

I've learnt more off blokes at work than I did in my 2 years at CNC college
