gCAD3D is already mentioned somewhere here, but not the latest version which runs both under MS-Windows and the Linux OS:

gCAD3D is very difficult to use, a real "professional" 3D CAD/CAM System...

Hm,

frankly speaking: I have no idea... I only saw their english homepage (sorry, I'm a native German speaker and my Linux is configured to "de", changing to other languages is not too easy...).

Anybody willing to download, check and report ?
