G code instruction

Where can I get a manual that shows G and M codes and their meanings. Anything on macro writing would also be helpful.

The CNC Programming Handbook by Peter Smid thoroughly covers all standard FANUC G & M codes with examples of use. This handbook typically retails for about $70. Now that the second edition (with a CD) has come out the first edition may be discounted for a limited time by some machine tool cataloges. I had ordered at discount and got the seconded edition anyway. (I didn't know there was a second edition.)

(Macro or Parametric programming is not covered nor program subroutine writing - but subprogramming is covered.)
