    Toolpath's for multiple sheets

    Hi everyone!

    Does anyone know a software that can generate toolpath's for multiple sheets in one go?

    I have 1000 sheets of plywood I need to mill, they all contain unique geometry but I need to preform the same operations on all of them engraving and cutting.

    Right now I'm generating the toolpath's one by one, but there have to be a faster way - any ideas?

    Thanks!

    //Morten

    We use AlphaCAM at work to nest and create toolpaths for 50-100 sheets at a time.

    If you're on a budget, Vectric's V Carve Pro and Aspire can nest all your parts, and with the use of their toolpath templates, you can create toolpaths in about 10 seconds per sheet.

    Thank you Gerry.

    Do you know if there is any way to import (export from CAD) so the objects keep there information about they group?

    I tried to bring everything into Aspire but the objects are not grouped any more and I needed to regroup every part individually in order to be able to nest them.

    I've used the .dxf import gadget to import dxf's, and nest them without having to group them. Then use toolpath templates to create the g-code. I don't have Aspire in front of right now, though. But I can check later.

    Does that mean the gadget worked?
