Acramatic 2100 to Fanuc Series Oi-ma Programing

I have programs for my cincinnati arrow 750 vertical mill with a vickers 2100
control. Iam looking for a good book that can help me change these programs over to fanuc series oi-ma control.I have already changed over six programs my new machine is a mighty usa viper vmc950ap.I have the operator's manual
that came with the machine its ok but i would like find something better.
