Appealing to your knowledge and experience: any suggestions of software that will help or generate the actual complete quotation (cutting time based on feeds & speeds, setup time factors, etc.)?

The only 2 that come to mind are MicroEstimating and Costimator. I don't know the cost but i know they both are estimating software that have been around for quite a while.
