Rounded cylinder intersection G-code

Hello,
How to make a rounded (constant radius) on the intersection of a hole on a cylinder?
And most importantly, how to generate G-code?

Quite easy to draw in ViaCAD - see attached picture.
How you cut this will depend on your CAM program.
I use CamBam and it would cut whichever of those two shapes you send to it as an stl file.
