Please Help if you can, I am a beginner and running into a wall. Followed the Bobcad-Cam V20 Profile Milling Tutoral to create a very simple box and Generated the Gcode using the Mach2 post. When I load the Gcode in both mach 2 and 3 I get the error "Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start on Line Number #" I have tried a couple of other item and get the same message. Am I missing something or is it a Mach2/3 problem or a Bobcad Problem? Thanks Bryan |

| Hi Bryan, I am going to ask a stupid question I guess, but here goes. Does the box you drew have square corners or radius corners? If it is a simple box the tool path will typically put a radius to actually cut the sq corner. Take the 4 radius out and then do the gcode angain and see if it works. I use mach2 and love it but I am one of those people who use it and don't tinker with it much. I also use v17 of Bobcad/cam so I am somewhat familar with both softwares. Mike

| Here is the Code, I tried G91 didn't help. I believe the corners are radius'ed I guess I can try to remove the radius, but I would like to actually fix the problem not just work around it. | Change the IJ mode, if it's incremental change to absolute, if it's absolute change to incremental. It's in either the state or logic page, not sure. (I think state). That should fix it.
