BobCam - salesmen from hell

I'm writing to put in an 'anti' plug for BobCam. I have NEVER been assaulted with such pushy, obnoxious salesmen before in my life. Within minutes of downloading the demo, I got a call from a guy with a deal 'for today only'. It went downhill from there. They have been calling me every 1-2 weeks for months. I've asked them to take me off their list and they just keep calling.

That kind of pushy car salesmen crap might work on your average art major but I can't imagine it working too well on us techie types. And yet they continue doing it.

Do yourself a favor, NEVER download their software. But if you do, give them your boss' phone number.

Unfortunately, it's too late for me.

I thought It was funny how they offered me a "special" IMTS price even though I was even at IMTS. Sounds like they have "special" prices every week of the year.

With that being said, I will admit that Bobcad (V21) can be powerful software for the PRICE if you don't mine taking the EXTRA time to master it. Unfortunately, if your in this business to make money, It would probably be cheaper to buy another product that's faster to learn, faster to program with, better tec. support, and less pushy sales people.
